Do you offer site visits?

Yes. For many commercial risks — such as restaurants, takeaways, warehouses, landlords, or specialist trades — we can arrange on‑site visits to better understand your operations and advise on suitable cover.

How quickly can I get a quotation?

Most quotations are available the same day. More complex commercial risks may require 24–48 hours so we can review documents and negotiate with insurers properly.

Can you help if I’ve been refused cover elsewhere?

Yes. We frequently help clients who:
  • Are new start‑ups
  • Have previous claims
  • Have non‑standard or complex risks
  • Were declined by comparison sites
Our specialist insurers can usually consider cases others reject.

Do you offer monthly payment options? How can I pay?

Yes — most policies can be paid monthly through premium finance (subject to checks).
We also accept:
  • Debit/Credit Card
  • Bank Transfer
  • Cash in our office

How do you assist with claims?

You’re never left alone during a claim. Crownsway:

What information do you need for a quotation?

Can I buy insurance online?

Yes — through our Quick Quotes tab you can buy:

  • Temporary Car Insurance
All other products require a personalised quotation.

Can you insure impounded motorbikes?

No — we cannot insure impounded motorbikes. 

Can I make changes to my policy during the year?

Yes, at any time. This includes:
  • Changing premises
  • Adding/removing vehicles
  • Updating sums insured
  • Amending business activities
